Natural Fertility Management

Are you aware that the food you eat, the environment in which you live and the lifestyle you lead in the months before you conceive can have a profound effect on the wellbeing of your baby? Or that if you are experiencing issues with conception these might be resolved by improving your diet?

The inability to conceive is becoming increasingly more common in the 21st Century and a cause of great distress. In some cases IVF or other assisted programmes are considered to be the only options available. However, the good news is that well researched evidence supports the implementation of corrective dietary and lifestyle practises to enhance fertility.

Natural pre-conceptive care is relevant to all couples who wish to consciously conceive a healthy baby, whether or not they have problems with fertility. It is a wonderful gift to bestow upon a child to be conceived and born in to an environment of love, joy, health and welcoming. It gives your child the best start to life possible.

Preconception health care has been proven to prevent miscarriages, premature or still births, congenital abnormalities and has a very high success rate in the treatment of infertility.

What Does Pre-conception Care Involve?
As a Foresight practitioner Sue will take a thorough case history with special reference to past and present diet and lifestyle.

Advice will be tailored to the individual with appropriate, achievable dietary adjustments together with helpful tips and advice. Detoxification protocols may be recommended as well as herbal remedies, supplements and flower remedies. Some helpful diagnostic tests may also be required.

The nutritional status of both partners plays a key role in a healthy conception as does stress, exercise, shift work and use of certain stimulants. A consultation with Sue will help identify any areas of your health that may be negatively influencing conception and arm you with the corrective measures needed. This consultation is also very useful for those wishing to achieve peak health prior to conceiving.

Couples are encouraged to attend together although this is not essential.
